Privacy Policy
1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is drafted in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019, "On Personal Data," and defines the procedures for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data implemented by ZIYRAAT LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").
1.1. The Operator considers the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data to be its primary goal and condition for conducting its activities, including safeguarding the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website kamilka.uz .
2. Key Terms Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated Processing of Personal Data — processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of Personal Data — temporary cessation of personal data processing (except when processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website — a collection of graphical and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the internet at the network address kamilka.uz .
2.4. Personal Data Information System — a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing.
2.5. Anonymization of Personal Data — actions that make it impossible to determine, without additional information, the association of personal data with a specific User or other subject of personal data.
2.6. Processing of Personal Data — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator — a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity, or individual that independently or jointly with others organizes and/or conducts the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on personal data.
2.8. Personal Data — any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the website kamilka.uz .
2.9. Personal Data Permitted for Distribution by the Data Subject — personal data to which access by an unlimited number of persons has been granted by the data subject through consent for processing such personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "personal data permitted for distribution").
2.10. User — any visitor to the website kamilka.uz .
2.11. Provision of Personal Data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a defined group of persons.
2.12. Distribution of Personal Data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined group of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data accessible to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means.
2.13. Destruction of Personal Data
Destruction of personal data — any actions that result in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore the content of such data in the personal data information system and/or destroying the physical media containing personal data.
3. Main Rights and Obligations of the Operator3.1. The Operator has the right:
  • To obtain accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the data subject.
  • In the event that the data subject withdraws consent for the processing of personal data or submits a request to cease processing, the Operator may continue processing personal data without the data subject’s consent if there are grounds specified in the Law on Personal Data.
  • To independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with obligations under the Law on Personal Data and the relevant regulatory legal acts, unless otherwise provided by the Law on Personal Data.
3.2. The Operator is obligated to:
  • Provide the data subject, upon request, with information regarding the processing of their personal data.
  • Organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Respond to requests and inquiries from data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Personal Data.
  • Publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data.
  • Implement legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, distribution, or other unlawful actions related to personal data.
  • Cease the transfer (distribution, provision, access), processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and cases specified by the Law on Personal Data.
  • Fulfill other obligations stipulated by the Law on Personal Data.
4. Main Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects4.1. Data subjects have the right to:
  • Obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided by law. Such information must be provided by the Operator in an accessible form and must not include personal data related to other data subjects, unless there are legal grounds for disclosing such data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Law on Personal Data.
  • Require the Operator to clarify, block, or destroy their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take legally prescribed measures to protect their rights.
  • Impose conditions requiring prior consent for the processing of personal data for marketing goods, works, and services.
  • Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data and submit a request to cease the processing of personal data.
  • Challenge unlawful actions or inaction by the Operator in processing their personal data through the authorized body for the protection of data subjects’ rights or in court.
  • Exercise other rights provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.2. Data subjects are obligated to:
  • Provide the Operator with accurate data about themselves.
  • Inform the Operator of any updates (changes) to their personal data.
4.3. Liability for Providing Inaccurate Information
Individuals who provide the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves or information about another data subject without the latter’s consent shall bear responsibility in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Principles of Personal Data Processing
5.1. Personal data processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
5.2. Personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predetermined, and legitimate purposes. Processing of personal data incompatible with the purposes of collection is prohibited.
5.3. Combining databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is prohibited.
5.4. Only personal data that corresponds to the purposes of processing shall be processed.
5.5. The content and volume of processed personal data must align with the stated purposes of processing. Excessive processing of personal data relative to the stated purposes is prohibited.
5.6. Accuracy, sufficiency, and, where necessary, currency of personal data are ensured during processing. The Operator takes necessary measures to remove or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. Personal data is stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject only for as long as required to achieve the purposes of processing, unless otherwise provided by law, contract, or agreement involving the data subject. Processed personal data is destroyed or anonymized upon achieving the purposes of processing or when such purposes no longer require processing, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
6. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Purpose of Processing: Informing the User by sending emails.
Personal Data Collected:
  • Surname, first name, patronymic
  • Email address
  • Phone numbers
  • Year, month, date, and place of birth
Types of Personal Data Processing:
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, and anonymization of personal data.
Sending informational emails to the email address provided.
7. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation on personal data protection.
7.1.
The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
7.2.
The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable laws or if the data subject has provided consent to the Operator for transferring data to a third party to fulfill obligations under a civil law contract.
7.3.
In the event inaccuracies in personal data are identified, the User may update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at the email address info@aqua.uz with the subject line "Updating Personal Data."
8. List of Actions Performed by the Operator on Obtained Personal Data
9.1. The Operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
9.2. The Operator processes personal data both automatically (with or without obtaining/transmitting information via information and telecommunication networks) and non-automatically.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The User may obtain any clarifications on questions of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at info@aqua.uz .
12.2. Any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
12.3. The current version of the Policy is publicly available on the internet at kamilka.uz/eng/privacy.
